In order to purchase you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. You are authorized to order the items you are requesting. You agree to use official Department, Agency, Organizational email to place your order and in any communications with us. If you place an order for a ready to ship item you agree that we will confirm your authorization to purchase the item requested. If you are not authorized to purchase the item and/or not placing the order under an official email address you will be refunded and charged at minimum a $5.00 - $20.00 fee for the invalid order based on the order total dollar amount.

2. We produce custom products therefore we cannot accept returns for such custom items in the event of a changed mind or "buyers remorse". If the items are unsatisfactory we will attempt to make it right by replacing the order at our discretion.
